Abstract

In this art study report examining the Op.16 A Minor Piano Concerto by Edvard Grieg, one of the most important composers of the nineteenth century and Norwegian folk music, Grieg's life was researched and the harmonic and formal analysis of the Op. 16 A Minor Piano Concerto was made. During this study, data was collected through literature review and information was obtained about the composer's life and the emergence of the Op.16 A minor piano concerto. At the same time, harmonic and formal analysis of Edvard Grieg's Op.16 A minor piano concerto was made, and it was aimed to be a reference for performers who want to perform the work.
