Dolaylı Soru SormaTekniklerinin Bankacılık Sektöründe Bir Uygulaması
Özet
This thesis examines the effectiveness of indirect questioning techniques to determine mobbing (psychological harassment in the workplace) rates in the private banking sector. Indirect questioning techniques are reviewed in the literature, detailing their advantages and applications. In the application section, online study was conducted on two different sample groups working in the banking sector. In the first group, the mobbing question was asked directly, while in the second group, the crosswise model was used, as it is suitable for online surveys. The crosswise model is the most popular non-randomized indirect technique and helps participants feel more secure, encouraging more truthful responses. The results showed similar rates for direct questions and those obtained via the crosswise model. This study demonstrates that indirect questioning techniques can be effectively used in the process of collecting reliable data on sensitive issues, and that the crosswise model is well-suited for online applications and contributes to mobbing researches.
