This study examines the effects of digital photography on ceramic art and the innovative contributions of mobile photography to art production. The creative techniques and aesthetic understandings created by the digitalization process between traditional ceramic methods and photography art are discussed. The research evaluates the interactions of digital photography with ceramics with an interdisciplinary approach and analyzes the contributions of the opportunities offered by mobile photography to artistic production. The study examines the artistic dimensions of the images transferred to ceramic surfaces with digital printing techniques and focuses on the enrichment of photography art with abstract and experimental techniques. The digital printing methods applied for transferring photographs taken with mobile devices to ceramic surfaces and the applicability of the techniques used in this process are investigated. The contributions of photo editing programs and mobile applications to artistic production are evaluated in terms of aesthetics and technique. In addition, the reflections of photographic techniques such as double exposure, movement and speed on ceramics and the processes of transforming photographs into a work are discussed. Digital photography and mobile technologies have expanded the boundaries of contemporary art by developing new aesthetic understandings in ceramic art. The study has shown that digitalization is not only a technical transformation, but also transforms creative processes by crossing the boundaries between art disciplines. Thus, the interaction between ceramics and photography has created an important basis that supports interdisciplinary collaborations in the contemporary art environment.
