Siyasal İdeolojiler Açısından İnsan Hakları
Özet
The concept of human rights has undergone various transformations since its inception. Taking its philosophical foundations from the Enlightenment thought and the view of natural rights, human rights continue to be the mainstay of those who suffer injustice today, especially in undeveloped and developing countries. In this study, rather than the practical success of human rights, its relationship with the ideological ground on which it is based will be explored. First of all, the concept of ideology will be explained and the transformations of the concept in the historical process will be analyzed. The views of various thinkers on the concept of ideology will be explained chronologically, and human rights will be evaluated primarily on the axis of Liberalism and Marxism within the scope of political ideologies. The main features of the ideologies of Anarchism, Fascism and Communitarianism and whether these features can be related to human rights will be evaluated. Finally, the research will present the view that human rights are an ideology and discuss whether human rights can be seen as an ideology like the ideologies discussed above. In this discussion, the ideas of Costas Douzinas and Yuval Noah Harari will be evaluated.
