Luigi Boccherini’nin G.2b Do Minör Viyolonsel Sonatının İncelenmesi

Abstract

In this study, in which Luigi Boccherini's C minor cello sonata is analysed from a general point of view, Boccherini's life and musical style, the general characteristics of his sonatas, the development of cello and bowing in the second half of the 18th century are investigated and the work is analysed. Since there are few Turkish sources on Luigi Boccherini's cello sonatas, it is aimed that this study will provide a Turkish source to the literature and help musicians interested in this subject. The aim of this study is to analyse Boccherini's C minor cello sonata in terms of cello playing techniques and to provide information about the work and its composer for cellists, cello educators and researchers who want to interpret the work.
