Azerbaycan'ın Modernleşme Temelleri: Mirze Kazımbey ve Abbasgulu Ağa Bakıhanov'un Fikir Dünyası

Abstract

In the 19th century, some of Azerbaijan's noble intellectuals went to Islamic countries for education, and some went to Russia and Europe. In addition to the language and science in the countries they studied, they also acquired the spiritual and cultural values of those countries, and when they returned to their homeland, they combined these values with their own national values and spiritual traditions. Mirze Kazımbey and Abbasgulu Ağa Bakıhanov are two figures that emerged as the two main foundations of this system of thought. In this study, we will discuss their thoughts and evaluate the basic cultural interaction and structure in their ideas.
