Özet
The public sector plays a critical role in the functioning of modern societies. Within the public sector, digital efficiency, quality and availability of data are closely related. Developments in big data technology and artificial intelligence in recent years have enabled the public sector to harness the power of data to improve service delivery and make responsible and reliable decisions. Artificial intelligence is directly fed by data. Integrating digital twin and metaverse technologies within the public sector has been identified as potentially revolutionizing the way public institutions interact with employees and citizens. Advanced data technologies have a significant impact on the economies and strategies of governments. Public institutions and organizations use data to make effective decisions and develop policies, leading to increased operational efficiency. States can create new revenue streams within the state by using artificial intelligence technologies. In addition, by creating new business opportunities with artificial intelligence technologies, states succeed in attracting investments to the country. Globally, it has been determined that the competitiveness of economies has increased with artificial intelligence. In this study, the role of artificial intelligence in the public policy making process was analyzed and interpreted, and the impact of artificial intelligence on public policies was examined.
