TÜRKİYE’DE KAMU POLİTİKASI ÇALIŞMALARININ AMME İDARESİ DERGİSİ’NDE YAYIMLANMIŞ MAKALELER ÜZERİNDEN ANALİZİ (1968-2015)
Özet
The aim of this thesis is to examine the way redounding public policy analysis, which
has recently begun to institutionalized as a study field in Turkey, on Public
Administration Journal (Amme İdaresi Dergisi). For this purpose, in the first part, the
concepts related to field of study and developments that were influential on emergence
of field as a discipline have been examined. In the second part, the scope of the
discipline was tried to be determined. This section has provided an overview of public
policy analysis which is necessary to examine the Public Administration Journal. All
issues published during 48 years -between 1968 and 2015- were browsed and out of a
total of 1334 articles, 74 public policy-related articles were selected for further analysis.
In the third part, these articles included within the scope of research were examined.
These articles were labeled as “policy studies” and they were categorized into three
mutually non-exclusive categories as (i) early examples (core group), (ii) disciplinary
articles producing knowledge of discipline, and (iii) sectoral examples.
