Özet
Man is a creature that has been shaped by what life brings from the moment he is born and can establish his own personality to the extent that social life conditions allow. Despite this, the individual, who is limited to comply with certain rules even just to continue his social life, is exposed to a loss of material and spiritual integrity in the environmental order formed independently of him.
Destroyed mental integrity leads to loss of objective perception experience and falling into a time-space relationship disconnected from the material world, because time is a perceptual element that structures spatiality. With this situation, people become unable to make sense of their position in life, and the concepts of space and place become undefined with their abstractness. A person moves away from his physical environment and takes refuge in an inner space. Negative meanings in the world that exist and are presented to the person bring nothingness, rejecting of existence. The concept of nothingness penetrates the mind of the person as an emotion.
In this report, generative research in the field of art in general and sculpture in particular, as a phenomenon that provides endless possibilities for subjective creative action, aims to make an expression of the human condition perceptible. While the concept of nothingness is handled as a quality or deficiency, a situation, a feeling, a place, and a state of experience in which the human being is, the original applications, which are presented in textual and visual integrity, are supported by evaluating the works and ideas of various artists from the history of art. Metal material digested during the process; At first, imaginative works were handled in a formalist manner, and then they turned into sculptures that evoke only the sensory to people with a language free of images. In this transformation, a conceptual parallelism has been established between the material and the human by considering the processing conditions in the organic nature of the material.
