Yüzeyde Güçlendirilmiş Raman Spektroskopisi ile Dna Hassas Tayini ve Nanopartiküller Arası Mesafelerin Optimizasyonu
Özet
In this study, the selective and sensitivie bioanalysis methods based on surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) were developed. The sandwich structure was established with using preferences of nanoparticles. The target molecule is gene of 35-S promoter part of Bt-176 maize that is genetically modified organism. The ideal distance could be determined with the different prob spacer. The calibration graphs were plotted with the changes of the symmetric NO2 stretching bands of DTNB vs. the different concentrations of target. Lineer correlation was obtained between the 0-1 μ target concentration for the 5 spacer probe (R2=0.992). In the parallel amplification, signal enhancement was found % 141 at the second layer. In order to exhibit selectivity of the system, negative control and real sample experiments were performed.
