Abstract

Achievements in the Internet services and the increase in the number of Internetusers transformed our daily Internet activities to an upper level. People can easilyaccess to their demand via a simple search on the Internet. Even theseachievements enable users to query Internet information. Most part of theinformation presented on the Internet is open for feedbacks. User feedbacks havebeen captured from polls and forum web sites to be analyzed and produce newideas. In fact it is hard to analyze them manually in a short time due to existence ofhuge amount of Internet users reviews and so much processing time and effortrequired to evaluate these reviews. Sentiment Analysis concept has beendiscovered to solve problems occurred while classifying opinions by separatingpositive and negative reviews. Sentiment analysis concept was discovered at thepoint of assessing these reviews by means of classifying them into positive and negative .
