Ural, T. Investigation of the Relationship Between Early Literacy and Working Memory in Children Between 60-72 Months Using Cochlear Implants, Hacettepe University Institute of Health Sciences, M.D. Thesis in Audiology, Ankara, 2022. In this study, the relationship between early literacy and working memory in children with cochlear implants was examined, and its relationship with language skills was also examined. The study included 34 participants aged 5 to 6 years with cochlear implants. The Turkish Early Language Development Test (TEDIL) was used to evaluate language skills, the Working Memory Scale (CCA) test was used to evaluate working memory, and the Early Literacy Test (EROT) was used to evaluate early literacy skills. According to the findings obtained from the studies, significant relationships were found in language, working memory and early literacy skills in individuals with cochlear implants. When language, working memory and early literacy skills were examined, it was observed that these cognitive skills had high correlation coefficients with each other.
