dc.description.abstractAesop's famous fable “Tortoise and Hare” taught us tortoise wins by taking slow, steady approach against its fast, overconfident competitor, hare. I propose tortoise strategy is more beneficial, when comes to public perception and zero tolerance, toward modern biotechnology research and development for sustainable food and agriculture in developing countries.
