Opera Korolarının Eserlere Hazırlık Süreçleri

Abstract

In this study, the preparation process of opera choirs for the works are examined in terms of the chorus masters methods and responsibilities. In this study, case study methods are used within the scope of descriptive research. In the first part of the study, which is composed of two main chapters, the evolutionary processes of monophonic choirs until the birth of opera were examined. In the second part, general information about the opera Giuseppe Verdi and La Traviata is mentioned and the preparation process of opera choirs is examined in terms of the methods and responsibilities of the choir conductor.
