Adli Önemi Olan Böcek Türlerinden Calliphora Vomitoria (Linnaeus, 1758) (Dıptera: Callıphorıdae) Nın Farklı Sıcaklıklarda Gelişim Sürelerinin Araştırılması
Özet
This study involves development stages of Calliphora vomitoria (Linnaeus, 1758) species using forensic entomology to estimate after time of death at 15°C and 18°C temperatures and these temperatures are not be found in literature. Values which were obtained from result of experiments and ADH values which were calculated with formula at these temperatures were compared with each other. In addition, other aim was that development would continue at 8°C that is lowest development threshold or would not. Time of development stages that is egg, 1st instar, 2nd instar, 3rd instar and pupae were determined at these temperature separately. Also, these determined time was compared with values in literature. Consequently, experiment s results differed from calculated values. This study provides a basis to data set for deviation of development stages depending on differences in the populations of each country.
