Türkiye'deki Arenaria L. (Grup A) (Caryophyllaceae) Taksonlarının Polen Morfolojisi

Abstract

In this study, palynological characteristics of 16 taxa (Arenaria antitaurica McNeill, A. uninervia McNeill, A. kotschyana subsp. kotschyana Fenzl, A. kotschyana subsp. stenophylla (Bornm.) McNeill, A. tmolea Boiss., A. balansae Boiss., A. ratundifolia subsp. ratundifolia Bieb., A. speluncarum McNeill, A. angustifolia McNeill, A. yunus-emrei Aytaç and H. Duman, A. filicaulis subsp., filicaulis Fenzl, A. filicaulis subsp. graeca Fenzl, A. deflexa subsp. deflexa Dec., A. deflexa subsp. pubescens McNeill, A. deflexa subsp. pseudofragillima McNeill, A. deflexa subsp. microsepala McNeill) which belong to Arenaria L. (Group A) (Caryophyllaceae) in Turkey were examined. Pollen slides were prepared according to the method of acetolysis. Morphological features of the pollen grains were determined with light microscope and SEM, and then microphotographs of pollens were taken.
