In this study, the distribution of the species belonging to the subfamily Staphylininae (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) in Central Anatolian Region were determined. Thesis material was composed of specimens collected from field studies and also specimens from the collection. Male and female genital segment and male genital organ structures of totally 90 species were drawn and described; while 87 of them were identified on species level, three specimens were identified on genus level. Among these, Erichsonius cinerascens, Philonthus frigidus and Rabigus pullus were previously recorded from Turkey, however, with this study detailed localities are given for the first time. Male and female genital segments and male genital organ structure of Velleiopsis marginiventris are discussed for the first time. Philonthus danicus, Philonthus sanguinolentus and Tasgius minax are the first records for the Turkish fauna.
