Toplumsal Sınıfların Ontolojisi ve İlişkisel Sınıf Analizi: Ostim Sanayi Bölgesinde İşçi İşveren İlişkileri Üzerine Bir Çalışma

Abstract

In response to some approaches which describe to social classes are only structurel category or a position resulting from consciously interference; relational analysis, define to social classes are a form relation that consisting in a process. The formation of social classes devolops depending on the doer perception and attitude which result of the individual and collective experience of doer who filled the class position. How and where this experiences hapening are important factor on the determining of class formaiton. This study based on relation between people who filled different class location and analysis their experience thus explain the one side of the class formation in OSTİM.Within this framework; 25 in-depth interviews were conducted with employee-employers and manegement different sector in OSTİM industrial zone in city of Ankara.
