Abstract

In parallel with the technological possibilities, improvements in software, hardware and network infrastructure, and change in institutional expectations affect radically electronic record and financial information systems and, narrow the areas of usage of traditional methods.In the study, it is primarily aimed at the examination of current circumstances, issues, methods and policies regarding solutions of issues intended for electronic information and record management systems in legal and administrative conditions and financial applications in Turkey. In the study, it was aimed also at the research of impact on making policies relating to the matter of the analysis of awareness level, issues encountered and expectations in this subject in the Development Bank of Turkey in application size.
