Özet
When we look at art history historically, artists have been exploring new art paradigms periodically. Evolving with the technology and human condition, artists were not limited to traditional art techniques but constantly used different materials and techniques.
Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), also known as crypto art in visual contexts introduced by blockchain technology, have enabled the deployment of various data types such as pictures, audio, and video to the blockchain, empowering digital certifications and ownerships of the aforementioned data types.
In this thesis, the innovations driven by NFT technology in the context of art history and new art environments created by the digitalization of art have been examined.
