Polisiklik Aromatik Hidrokarbonların Moleküler Baskılanmış Polimerler Ile Ön-Deriştirilmesi ve Tayini
Özet
The aim of this thesis is preparation of pre-concentrating composite cartridge and surface plasmon resonance (SPR) nanosensor for the pre-concentration and detection of a trace amount of benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) in environmental waters. In the first step, BaP-imprinted poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-N-methacryloyl-(L)-phenylalanine) [MIP] monolithic polymers were synthesized by bulk polymerization. The resulting monolithic polymers grounded to obtain uniform fine particles which were in the range of 64-71 µm were used for further studies. BaP imprinted poly[2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate] composite cartridges were synthesized via polymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide (MBAAm) in presence of BaP imprinted microparticles under the semi-frozen conditions, at -12°C over 24 hours.
