Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) is a chronic progressive inflammatory disorder with unknown etiology, mainly affecting the sacroiliac joints and spine, with possible involvement of other joints, entheses, and extra-articular structures. The aim of this study was to evaluate and to compare in between groups the 6 week home based exercise program on disease activity, functional capacity, spinal mobility, spinal pain, muscle strength and endurance in A.S patients receiving different medical therapy. 44 patients diagnosed with AS according to the Modified New York Criteria were enrolled. 23 of this patients were receiving Anti-TNF alfa(Anti-TNF alfa group) and 21 patients were receiving DMARD and or NSAİD (Non Anti-TNF alfa group).At the end of 6 week of home exercise
