Abstract

The boundary is a phenomenon that has been code in memory since the most primitive periods of human history and has become taboos. These encodings ha-ve allowed to acting on how and on what of people for centuries. Religion, state, capitalism has created itself with these codes. The border has become more trans-formative than parsing. This thesis examines the concepts of borders and borders in the artistic context. The concept of boundary is evaluated with artistic studies in different disciplines through body, memory, time, space and sexuality and these studies focused on the relationship between art concepts of borders and borders. Throughout this thesis we focus on art, boundary and boundless concepts, with video, painting, sculpture and performance work.
