To be able to talk about the development of a country's development, it is necessary to mention the policies to improve the economic and social conditions of every part of the society. However, it is observed that many indicators are not taken into consideration in the measurements made to understand the level of development and development is not considered as multi-dimensional. Especially in patriarchal societies, the development of women is ignored or it is seen that the policies implemented for the development of women are not sufficient. The most common of these policies are the micro-credit applications known as Grameen Bank Model. Micro-credit implementations are women's policy towards fighting poverty, and there are women in their target groups. In particular, it is argued that it is an important and effective practice in woman empowerment and the fight against women's poverty. However, in the context of this practice, considering the credit amount, the mechanism of reimbursement and the principles of operation it is clearly seen that the inadequacy of the system is evident. The system started with the claim that women will have many gains as a result of this imlementation and they will be self-sufficient. But it is a temporary solution, it cannot go beyond consolidating the gender roles and moving women's dependency to a different dimension.
