SCUBA Dalış Alanlarının Çok Kriterli Karar Analizi ile Sınıflandırılması ve Bu Alanları Kapsayan Bir Dalış Seyahati Rotalaması

Abstract

Academic works in Operations Research as applied to sports can be seen throughout the last 50 years. In this work, SCUBA Diving is the subject as an application in ‘Operations Research in Sports’ field. SCUBA Diving has been a very popular sports branch in recent years and continues to rise as a worldwide hobby. The purpose of this work is to classify the SCUBA Diving Sites around the world by using a Multi Criteria Decision Analysis method. UTADIS method was used to fullfil this purpose and the diving sites that is considered to be in the best alternative groups by the UTADIS method has been the subject of a second step in this application. In this second step; we set up a Travelling Salesman Problem model for the routing of possible diving vacation scenarios in terms of diving types, regions and other aspects. As a result, 721 diving regions has been classified into 3 groups by using UTADIS method and 155 diving regions that is classified in the first two groups are routed by a TSP model with lazy constraints in 8 different Diving Vacation scenarios.
