Jeoistatistiksel Yöntemler Kullanarak Bir Mermer Yatağındaki Seleksiyonların Değerlendirilmesi
Özet
The period of time in which we live various quality distributions of any kind of mine occurrences can be clearly obtained. In mine deposit region, quality distribution map is obtained in the way by using drill hole data in order to get information of other part of the deposit. Quality distribution maps represent natural properties of mine layers with high probabilities. By using almost every parameter of mine layers, quality distribution maps can be created. Maps of industrial raw material deposits can be prepared as well. Many physical and chemical properties of marble which is one of the most abundant raw materials in our country are successfully modeled by engineers and designers. Beside these properties, selection of marble should be handled in modeling. Selection is to classify the color and pattern of marble apart from the other properties. As solid model of marble deposit is formed by selections accordingly, it can be so easy to make economical evaluation of the marble quarry.
In this study, it is aimed to determine spread of marble deposit depending on its selection as well as compute income by marketing as block marble. In the line of this purpose, hardness value measurements were performed with Schmidt hammer on four drill samples and bench surface inside the quarry. Uniaxial compressive strength tests were applied to eleven drilling cores on which their Schmidt hardness values are known, and relationship between Schmidt hardness and uniaxial compressive strength was found out. Schmidt hardness values were converted into uniaxial compressive strength by using this relation. Then, compressive strength and three kinds of selections were modeled. According to TS 699 standards, amounts of each selections which have 50 MPa compressive strength at least, and were estimated. Unit prices except transportation were fixed for each estimated selections, and total revenue from selling of marble as block.
