Abstract

This study, which argues that gender equality is a human rights objective focuses on the relationship between globalization, human rights and gender equality, as well as the development of human rights and gender equality, the focus of global power generating policies and international agreements to achieve the goal of gender equality. As a vigorous advocate of gender equality, European Union: European Commission publishes a report on Equality between women and men in the European Union every year. In this study, the effectiveness of the produced policies is questioned by mutual analysis of the 2007 and 2017 reports.
