Gülten Akın'ın Şiirlerine Deyişbilimsel Bir Yaklaşım: Beni Sorarsan
Özet
As being different from traditional textual analysis method, stylistics aims to evaluate the text with only the text itself by fending the reader off his life and orientation. As he language web built up by the author while creating the text makes him different from the other authors, it is important to evaluate the language utilisations in terms of stylistics. It is essential to detect the prolepsis, iterations, parallesims and deviations of language utilisation while revealing the literary value and its sense and to evaluate these factors as part of author’s style.
One of the most important reasons the staggering effect that Gülten Akın had caused in Turkish poetry was that she had made feel in her works buoyantly the unusual discourse of her style. In this thesis, the last work of Akın, Beni Sorarsan, is analysed in terms of stylistics. This work which contains 42 poems, is evaluated by paying regard to the elements of stylistics and the style of the poet is revealed in details.
