Patient satisfaction is beginning to be seen as an important factor in research because it is found that patients with higher satisfaction benefit better in health care. However, in this area there are few studies with physiotherapy and rehabilitation service presentation and physiotherapists. The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of people who receive physiotherapy and rehabilitation services as outpatient and inpatient, to determine the diagnostic groups, to examine the demographic characteristics, survey study was conducted for this purpose. In the first part of the questionnaire, demographic and sociocultural characteristics were questioned. In the second part, service presentation was questioned. In the third part, needs and satisfaction were evaluated. Patients who were treated for at least 10 working days were included in the study. The study consisted of 280 outpatient, 90 inpatients and 30 patient in special education and rehabilitation centers. According to diagnosis groups, 5 groups were divided into orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, cardiopulmonary and other groups. When the most common diagnosis of physiotherapy were searched; cerebral palsy was found to be 14,2%, lomber discoid 12,5%, gonarthrosis 6,8%, rotator cuff syndrome 5,5%, hemiplegia 5,3%, cervical discopathy 5,0%. According to the results of our study, the group having the highest satisfaction rate is respectively; remotely treated, inpatient treated. This difference between satisfaction levels was found to be statistically significant (p<0,01). In terms of satisfaction levels according to diagnosis groups, were found to be as; orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary other and pediatric diagnostic groups respectively. Correlation analysis was conducted through the factors affecting satisfaction, and there was a good correlation between the satisfaction of the service provided and the adequacy of the materials used and duration of services (r=0,627, r=0,670, (p<0,01, p<0,01). The results of our study were thought to increase the level of satisfaction with the use of materials for physiotherapy and to increase the duration of the service provided.
