Oyun ve Edebiyat Temelli Duygu Düzenleme Becerisi Eğitim Programının Çocukların Duygu Düzenleme Becerilerine Etkisinin İncelenmesi
Özet
The aim of the research is to examine the effect of a game and literature-based emotion regulation skill training program on the emotion regulation skills of 5-6 year old children. The research was conducted according to the experimental design with pre-test, post-test and retention test control group. The study included 40 children and their teachers, 20 of whom were in the experimental group and 20 of whom were in the control group. The 30 sessions in the program were implemented three days a week and were completed in 10 weeks. The General Information Form developed by the researcher to determine the effect of the program, the Assessment of Children's Emotion Skills- Test for Six-Year-Old Children, developed by Shultz and Izard (1) and adapted into Turkish by Durmuşoğlu Saltalı, Deniz, Çeliköz and Arı (2). ACES) and The Emotion Regulation Scale (ERC), developed by Shields and Cicchetti (3) and adapted into Turkish by Batum and Yağmurlu (4), were used. As a result of the research, it was determined that Play and Literature Based Emotion Regulation Skills Training Program (PALBERS-TP) increased children's ability to recognize, understand, express and regulate emotions.
