Abstract

When the interest of the target group is lost for the business administrations or institution, thecontinuity of the institutional entity becomes risky. Continuity of the institutional entity isassociated with fulfilling the continually changing user customer needs and expectations. As forfulfilling the needs and expectations, it becomes possible with the original ideas or putting forwarddifferent points of views for the current ideas and therefore, launching new product or service, useof different methods.
