Abdominal pain occupies most of the emergency department admissions and it is time consuming process to tind out the cause. There is little information about lactate levels which can be used in abdominal pain. One hundered two patients who were older than 18 years were included into the study whom were presented to Hacettepe University Emergency Department with abdominal pain between January,1th,2015 and June,30th,2015. The demographics, tinding complaints, vital signs, physical examination findings, laboratory test results, radiological findings, diagnosis and outcomes of patients were recorded. One ml of blood was taken from patients with informed consent and venous blood gas test was performed. Female patients percentile was 68,6% and mean age was 39 years old.
