İkinci Kez AMATEM'de Tedavi Gören Madde Bağımlılarının Madde Kullanımına İlişkin Yaşam Deneyimleri
Özet
The purpose of this research is to make the relapse reasons visible of the drug addicted of the individuals who applied for treatment to Ankara AMATEM for the second time and had been treated for drug addiction in AMATEM. Descriptive analysis has been used in this research which is designed as a qualitative research method. In-depth interviews were conducted with twelve drug addicted individuals receiving a second inpatient treatment. Data from interviews were analyzed using the MAXQDA 12 qualitative analysis program. Individuals have stated that they are experiencing withdrawal symptoms, fall into brain traps, living with the former social network who are drug addicted, experience cravings and there is a weakening of relationships between family members. As a result of the research, it was revealed that the internal motivation tool which direct the addicted individuals to the inpatient treatment first is suffering from the drug, and family members are the external motivation tool. In addition, the inpatient treatment individuals indicated that they were adversely affected by incentive discourses and behaviors of other drug addicted individuals, which in turn affected their treatment process.
