Yer Çekimi İle Zenginleştirme Yöntemleri Kullanılarak Akarşen Cevherinden Altın Kazanımı Çalışmaları
Özet
In this study, recovery of gold from Akarşen ore was aimed by using gravity
concentration methods. Falcon concentrator and shaking table were used in gravity
concentration studies. According to MLA report (Mineral Liberation Analyser)
Akarşen ore contains pyrite/marcasite, barite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and quartz
minerals mostly. It has been determined that gold is formed in Au-Ag alloy form
(electrum) in coarser sizes, native form in finer sizes and gold-bearing minerals were
generally occured in pyrite/marcasite. Falcon concentrator tests were carried out on
samples taken from different streams of Akarşen concentrator. In order to increase
the gold grade of Falcon concentrates, shaking table was used. Each test was
conducted at three different G forces to compare grade and recovery relationships.
It was determined that concentrate recovery increases as the G power increases,
while the grade decreases. As a result of experimental studies, it was obtained that
7.37% of the gold in the cyclone feed can be recovered into a concentrate assaying
255.75 ppm Au, 12.32% of the gold in the cyclone underflow can be recovered into
a concentrate assaying 168.80 ppm Au and 12.44% of the gold in the secondary
ball mill discharge can be recovered into a concentrate assaying 267.90 ppm Au.
Second part of the study was done in order to support the work done in the first part
of the study. At these tests, it was determined that 8.94% of the gold in the
secondary ball mill discharge can be recovered into a concentrate assaying 306.00
ppm Au.
