Abstract

This research explores the human inclination towards nature and how individuals express their curiosity, development, design, and creative desire through art and science, mediated by the functionality and aesthetics of nature. As humans evolve by generating solutions to the universe through their own existence, their being and existence are intricately intertwined with temporality, change, transformation, and evolution. As emphasized by existential theorists from Aristotle to Heidegger, existence is temporal. Throughout this process, evolutionary transformations and deformations have influenced the reflection of the concept of existence in art. While human knowledge shapes practical life, art, science, and philosophy have produced methods of resolution. Anatomy, in particular, has laid the foundation for comprehensive solutions in art. This study focuses on general concepts of human existence, examining discussions on the formation, life, and function of existence through figurative paintings and examples of artists.
