Çevre Bilinci Geliştirmede Belediyelerin Çevre Politikalarının Rolü: Dikili Belediyesi Örneği
Özet
Environmental problems are one of the main issues states are facing all around the world. Environmental policies are the whole of the principles that governments choose to bring solutions to environmental problems. Which politics and instruments should be givenpriority, when the states are developing environmental policies is one of the contro versial areas. In this thesis, the approaches that argue that the environmental policies should go from the local to the global level and that the citizens' protection of the environment can grow in small settlements are discussed through the Municipality of Dikili. It was concluded that the municipalities had an importantplace in the solution of environmental problems and that environmental policies directly affected the environmental awareness of local people.
