Entegre Lojistik Destek Kapsamında Yedek Parça Envanter Belirleme Problemine Bir Model Önerisi
Özet
Rapidly developing technology and changing political-economic conjunctures significantly affect the structure and war strategies of military armies. Experienced changes affect the usability, maintainability, reliability of army structures. The results of the change are handled within the scope of integrated logistics support and appear as a method of determining the spare part requirement. This study was carried out because of the inventory planning methods in the literature could not be fully integrated into military systems. In this study, an approximate decision estimation model is proposed for the inventory management problem of the required spare parts to eliminate the breakdowns, considering the reliability approaches and the determination of possible future failures. The model is presented as an approximate decision estimation model since the damaged parts cannot be determined precisely and the frequency of the irreparably damaged parts cannot be known. In the discussed problem, a decision is made to repair the damaged part or replace it with a new one, in order to bring the defective vehicles back into operation. While the Mathematical Model meets the constraints of integrated logistics support, it aims approximate minimum cost with the parameters of availability and penalty cost.
