Özet
The crime of trespassing is one of the types of crimes organized in order to protect the property rights of people. Although this regulation doesn’t protect all issues related to the property right, it contains general regulations regarding immovables. Before proceeding to the examination of the crime to relation this crime which is included in the section of offenses against property in the Turkish criminal code, we have stated the general information about the concepts of property and possession in the first section. In the first section, we also touched on the examinations of the law no. 3091 which protects possession and the regulations of the law no. 765. In the second section, we moved on to the criminal content and stated the examination of the crime all of articles, the special appearance of the crime, the special regulations related to the crime, the similarities with the other crimes, the differences in practice and doctrine in the light of the high judicial decisions related to the crime.
