Purpose of this study is determine whether cohesion perceptions rise in experimental group which including teams applied a season long team building intervention through team goal setting with regard to control group that including teams did not get any systematic support. Another purpose of this study is investigating the relationship between coach created motivational climate and cohesion of control and experimental group. Participants of this study are 75 male basketball players (mean age = 16,23) from 6 teams which competing in local Youth Basketball League. Data were collected by GEQ and PMCSQ scales applied 3 times at Preseason, in season and off season.
