Periodontal Rejenerasyon İçin Kitosan Nano-Hidroksiapatit Pcl Bariyer Membranların Geliştirilmesi
Özet
Studies have been increasing rapidly to find alternative ways for efficient production of chitosan with better physicochemical properties due to it s broad range of applications in industry. In this study, chitosan was obtained from chitin which was extracted from different sources and also recombinant production of chitin deacetylase enzyme catalyzing the deacetylation of chitin was achieved.
