Zno Nano Sistemlerinin Sentezlenmesi ve Manyetik Özelliklerinin Elektron Paramanyetik Rezonans (Epr) Spektroskopisi ile Incelenmesi
Özet
In this master thesis study; the Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles which is gaining an increasing importance nowadays in research and technology areas, have been synthesized and the structural and magnetic characterization of these samples are performed. For this purpose, undoped and Mn, Cu and Co doped (1%, 2% and 5%) ZnO nanoparticles are synthesized by using Hydrothermal, Chemical Coprecipitation and Hydrosis synthesis methods. For the structural analysis of the samples synthesized, X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) techniques have been used. Crystal sizes of the ZnO nanoparticles synthesized by different methods have been determined approximately 13 nm by XRD analysis and particle sizes of the ZnO nanoparticles approximately 90 nm by SEM analysis. The surface topographies of the synthesized samples are recorded by AFM analysis.
