Hava Savunma Sistemlerinin Konfigürasyonu ve Konuşlandırılması İçin Çok Kriterli Bir Yaklaşım

Abstract

In this thesis, a study has been carried out on the determination of air defense missiles required for the destruction of possible threats and the placement of air defense missile systems containing these missiles within the borders of Turkey. The element considered in the deployment of air defense missile systems was search radars. In the placement of the radars, first the geographical coordinates, then the points within the borders of Turkey where the need for defense is at the highest level were taken into consideration. After the critical points where the radars can be placed and the number of radars are determined, the features of the air defense missile that will be located at these critical points and have the capabilities to defend the relevant region are determined. What should be taken into consideration while determining all these is that the solution proposal developed can be cost effective at the same time. In summary, within the scope of the study, a model has been developed and implemented to determine the air defense missiles that must be owned in order to provide the defense of the regions determined in Turkey and the possible places where these missiles can be deployed. It is thought that this subject, which has not yet taken place in the literature, will gain great importance in the future and this study will contribute to the relevant literature
