Özet
In this thesis a single phase photovoltaic microinverter with a high frequency transformer is designed and implemented. Designed circuit topology is a series resonant full bridge inverter. The designed circuit consists of full bridge switches, a series resonant network, a center-tapped high frequency transformer, rectifier diodes, and low frequency grid connection switches. AC output current magnitude is controlled by changing the switching frequency of full bridge switches. Transistors are switched while the resonant current is crossing zero. In the thesis, first theoretical investigations and computer simulations of the series resonant full bridge inverter topology are carried out. Then, a 250W prototype board is developed to compare the experimental results with the theoretical ones. A microcontroller is used in the control of the microinverter circuit.
