Current study was aimed to investigate the relationship between job demands, job resources and compassion fatigue, burnout, compassion satisfaction, depression, anxiety and stress symptoms, also it was aimed to investigate the role of psychological resilience and mindful self-care as moderators in these relationships. In addition, it was aimed to investigate the effects of COVID-19 related job demands and resources obtained through the demographic information form on compassion fatigue, burnout, compassion satisfaction, depression, anxiety and stress symptom levels. The sample of the study consists of 439 healthcare professionals who are over the age of 18 and working in Turkey during the COVID-19 outbreak. According to the aims of the current study, Demographic Information Form, Job Demands and Resources Scale, Resilience Scale for Adults, Mindful Self-Care Scale, Professional Quality of Life Scale, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) were applied to the participants, respectively. IBM SPSS 22.0 program and PROCESS v3.5 extension developed by Hayes (2017) were used in the analysis of the data. Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Analysis, One-Way Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA), and Simple Moderation Analysis were used to analyze the data. According to the analysis findings, significant relationships were found between job demands- job resources and compassion fatigue, burnout, compassion satisfaction, depression, anxiety and stress symptoms. In addition to these findings, it was found that some outcome variables differentiate in different levels of COVID-19 related job demands and resources. Also, it was found that psychological resilience moderated between job demands and burnout, depression variables. It was found that mindful self-care moderated the relationship between job demands and anxiety, depression variables, also mindful self-care moderated the relationship between job resources and anxiety variables. Finally, the findings were discussed in line with the current literature and the importance of the study, clinical implications and limitations were discussed and suggestions were made for future studies.
