In this study, the collective buildings regulated between articles 66-74 of the Condominium Law numbered 634 were reviewed in all aspects. Within this scope, the concept of collective buildings that consist of the management of multiple buildings established or to be established in one or more zoning parcels, according to the approved layout plan in connection with common locations, facilities and areas has been emphasized. The concept of collective buildings and its elements, the establishment of collective buildings, their management, the boards involved in their management, the relationship between the boards, common areas and facilities, the procedures and principles in making board decisions, legal remedies against board decisions and their termination are the main subjects of our study.
