Özet
In the study, Turkestan National Independence Movement and the Armenian issue are discussed as a whole. Here, an answer is sought to the question of why the people of Turkistan entered a struggle for independence. Then, it is mentioned what kind of effects the migration movements experienced after Kokand was burned and destroyed by the Bolsheviks and Dashnaks. With the examination of magazines such as Yeni Kafkasya, Azerî Türk and Yash Turkestan published by Turkestan intellectuals who went to Turkey and Europe, the question of how the Armenian issue in the region affected the people of the region was answered.
In the articles, in which the people of Turkistan abroad are seen to be highly affected by the Armenian issue, names such as Mustafa Çokayoğlu and Mehmet Emin Resulzade come to the fore. When and how these names wrote about the Armenian issue has been examined. In addition, the aims of the published journals are explained.
It has been observed what kind of changes in the population structure of the region have been experienced with the massacres perpetrated by the Armenians on the Turkish and Muslim people in regions such as Turkistan, the Caucasus and Azerbaijan. As a matter of fact, with the work done, it has been understood once again how important the Armenian issue is in terms of Turkish history.
