In this study, the divorce process of men and women who have gone through a divorce experience and their children, the court process and the life experiences that they have experienced after getting divorced is examined. The issue whether divorce mediation will decreases the negative effects of divorce on all the processes or not and how the research participants viewed the idea of divorce mediation has been questioned. At the end of the research, the formation of a divorce mediation model proposal is aimed.A mixed model study has been used at the research. The structured and semi structured interview form for the quantitative and qualitative data collection; has been prepared in one single form and different for women and men; it is prepared in 27 pages and 139 questions. In-depth interviews with survey attendees were conducted face-to-face.
