This study was planned to examine the transition to work skills of university students with disabilities. A total of 66 university students with 33 disabilities, 33 non-disabled, were included in the study. Students ' academic skills, career futures skills, self determination skills and communication and interaction skills were evaluated within the scope of the study. Students' academic skills were obtained with their academic grade point average (GPA). The Career Futures Inventory (CFI) was used for career goal setting skills, the Self-Determination Scale for self determination skills, and ACIS developed within the scope of Human Activities Model (MOHO) for communication and interaction skills. The difference between the skills of university students with disabilities and those without disabilities was examined. Academic skills, career goal setting skills, autonomous self skills, communication and interaction skills of university students with disabilities were statistically worse than students without disabilities. Within the scope of the study, the relationships between the 4 skills evaluated by students with disabilities were also examined. According to the Spearman Correlation Analysis results, there is a statistically significant relationship between the academic skills of students with disabilities and their ability to set career futures, between self determination skills and communication and interaction skills, between self determination skills and career futures skills, and between career futures skills and communication and interaction skills. According to the results of the study, it was observed that university students with disabilities do not have the critical skills required during the transition to work. It was seen that the examined skills were related to each other. For this reason, it is believed that it will be useful to develop detailed occupational therapy evaluation and intervention programs to gain these skills necessary during the transition period to work.
