Özelleştirilen Elektrik Dağıtım ve Perakende Satış Şirketlerinin Şirket Değerleme Yaklaşımıyla İncelenmesi
Özet
The companies covered by this dissertation are distribution and retail sale companies those founded by separation from TEDAŞ (State-owned Turkish Electricity Distribution Company) and then unbundled as distribution-retail and privatized within the scope of Law on Privatization Practices numbered 4046. These companies has been valued under base, low and high scenarios considering conditions and existing data at the time they were privatized and then prices obtained in their privatization tenders has been compared with those theoretically calculated values. Findings indicate overpricing in general in the aforementioned privatizations and reasons behind this result have been analysed and interpreted to draw attention to considerations those believed to provide guidance for policy makers and the regulator through the next stages of the market development.
