Abstract

The analysis of business cycles in the economy has become more of an issue in creating effective economic policies and in evaluating correctly the developments experienced in the economy. That the cyclical fluctuations are events that are constantly observed in the market economies and the reason why these fluctuations occur, that schools of economics dissent about the issues of stimulation and dissemination mechanisms increase the interest in the subject. Although the discussions have been continuing for years, a consensus has not been reached yet. In this study, the purpose can be grouped under two headings in general. The first one is to reflect the thoughts of Orthodox and Heterodox Schools of Economics by handling cyclical fluctuations conceptually.
